Tenants

All tenants undergo referencing – this is completed as swiftly as their referees respond. Therefore, tenancy formalities can be turned around in as little as 24 hours depending on the reference package opted for. 

If tenants are just starting out in their working career and have no working history, this too is no problem, we are still able to reference them on this basis.  This also includes:

  • Affordability criteria – minimum income threshold 
  • Employment verification 
  • The good conduct assessment and financial blueprint 
  • Present and future credit sustainability checks/requirements
  • Mandatory right to rent, financial sanction checks
